Phil Kaminsky counsels his clients on matters involving real estate law. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and industrial real estate, commercial lending and corporate real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. Also, he has extensive experience representing applicants seeking tax incentives from the Memphis and Shelby County Industrial Development Board through the Economic Development Growth Engine (EDGE).

Before joining Harris Shelton, Phil served as an assistant attorney for Shelby County for 27 years. During this time, he provided counsel to the Memphis and Shelby County Industrial Development Board, Shelby County Election Commission, Shelby County Housing Authority and Shelby County Board of Education.
